Click on View and choose Navigation (or choose Navigation under the Views windowpane).

Go to the rectangle on the right windowpane that says Home PageRIGHT click on the rectangle and choose Rename.  Type in a short title that will be the label for your home page, enter.  (Consider using mixed case letters.  The way you name the label here is exactly how it'll appear on your web pages.)

Go to the Folder List, click on page_2.htm, hold down the left mouse key and drag the file to the right windowpane under the Home Page rectangle (the two rectangles should not touch), release the mouse key.
